He was accused of a complex and serious conspiracy charge relating to the fraudulent evasion of £1.3 million of VAT. Mr M was represented all the way through the process by Lansbury Worthington from his interviews at the police station, to preparing his case for trial and at the two month Crown Court trial itself.
