    Rabin was called to the bar in 2002 and joined Lansbury Worthington at the start of 2009. His notable cases include acting as junior counsel in the cases of R v David Shayler (House of Lords), R v Safi & Others (Stanstead Hijacking Case)(Court of Appeal) and the posthumous appeal of Ruth Ellis the last woman to be executed in this country.

     

    Rabin's experience extends to high end global fraud , kidnap and murder. His most recent such client was acquitted of murder in June 2009 at the Central Criminal Court.
