We represented a 13 year old youth who was acquitted of assault in the playground of his school. The trial was a difficult and sensitive one with complex issues of confidentiality resulting in a witness summons being served on the school ordering disclosure of essential documents. Our solicitor advocate James Kelly had conduct of the trial which lasted two days.
