R v Osbourne and Others

Trial July 2009. Central Criminal Court. Murder. We represented MS who was acquitted at a trial following a successful submission of no case to answer. MS was one of 5 accused of shooting Wayne Freckleton in a barber's shop in Harlesden on 25 April 2008, allegedly in revent for a shooting six years earlier. MS was the only one to be acquitted.
